Came in to replace a battery, agreed to some other services while I had the car in the shop for convenience, including a tire rotation. During the rotation, they say they find a seized wheel stud and have to press it out. I ask how much, he says around 6.50 for the stud and a lug nut. I say great and move on. What he did *not* say is they charged $150 for the labor to do that. If he would’ve been honest, I would’ve just said leave it. Not *technically* a scam, unless there wasn’t actually seized wheel stud, but it’s borderline dishonest to not mention the labor cost in that context. My usual mechanic would never, but he was booked out for months so I had to come here. Paid like $182 total for a wheel rotation I didn’t want when the upfront quoted price was $21. Scummy, not gonna go back.

I've been going to ATR for about 6 years now, and I can't say enough good things about it. David, the owner, is not only hardworking and trustworthy but truly honest—qualities that are rare to find in this industry. The fact that his team has had the SAME technicians over the years speaks volumes about his leadership and the work environment he's created.As a woman, I’ve experienced other shops that have tried to take advantage by charging insane prices or pushing unnecessary services. This shop is not that way at all. Every time my car has hit a milestone, they’ve carefully explained what needs immediate attention and what can wait. They never try to upsell me on things I don’t need, and they’ve even suggested where I can find cheaper tires if it’ll save me money.In fact, even though they’ve let me know when I could find tires elsewhere for less, I’ve chosen to spend a little more to support their business because I truly value their honesty and the quality of service I receive.Supporting this local business is a no-brainer for me—they’re amazing, and I’ll continue to go out of my way to bring my car here. Highly recommend!

I love this place. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and the cost is just right. They keep my old car rolling!

Wouldn’t trust them to work on my bicycle. For parts they charged almost triple the cost vs what I found at 1A auto. Beyond that, they didn’t listen to the reason why I brought the truck in and ended up replacing a part that I had already figured out was not the issue.

Had a wonderful experience with David and Ryan from ATR! I had a minor cosmetic issue I wanted to fix with my brand new Bronco. David got me in the next day and Ryan handled everything within 15 minutes. Can't thank them both enough. Highly recommend!
